At Digi AI Vault, we want you to be satisfied. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, this policy explains when refunds are possible and how to request one.

📌 Digital Product Policy

All products are digital downloads (toolkits, eBooks, templates). Once delivered, digital files cannot be "returned" the same way physical goods can. For this reason, refunds are limited and handled case-by-case.

✅ Eligible Refund Cases

• Duplicate or accidental multiple payments for the same product.
• Technical access issues that cannot be resolved within 72 hours after contacting support.
• You were sent the wrong product (file mismatch) compared to the product page description.

If one of the above applies, email digiaivault@gmail.com within 3 days of purchase with your order ID.

🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after download.
• Lack of time, skills, or willingness to implement the methods.
• Device or internet issues causing download failure (unless we can’t resolve access).
• Expecting specific earnings or results without applying the strategies.
